Refund policy
Return Window & Eligibility
You may return most items within 10 days of delivery, provided the product is:

Unused and in the same condition as received.

In original packaging with all tags, labels, and instructions.
Custom or personalized resin pieces (e.g., custom colors, names, or commissioned art) are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, broken, or with the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We will either:

Replace the item at no extra cost, or

Issue a full refund, including original shipping if applicable.
How to Start a Return

Email us at with your order number and the items you’d like to return.

We’ll reply with a return authorization and, if applicable, a prepaid return label.

Securely pack the item and ship it back using the provided label.
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds & Store Credit

Standard Returns: Eligible items will be refunded to the original payment method after we receive and inspect them. Processing usually takes 3–7 business days.

Store Credit: If you prefer, you may choose store credit instead of a refund. Store credit never expires.
Original shipping fees are not refunded unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item).
Non‑Returnable Items
The following are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Custom or personalized resin pieces.

Clearance or “sale” items clearly marked as final.

Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing packaging.
International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs/duties incurred. Please contact us before sending an international return so we can advise on the best method.
