Shipping & Handling Policy

Every piece at Momma J's Cozy Cottage is handmade with care, so how fast your order ships depends on whether it's already made.

Processing Times

- Ready-to-ship items: ship within 3 business days of your order.

- Made-to-order items: ship within 7 business days. That's the time it takes to handcraft your piece just for you.

- If your order has both kinds of items, it ships together once everything is ready.

Business days are Monday through Friday, not counting holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays start processing the next business day.

Shipping Carrier

All orders ship with UPS. Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are worked out at checkout based on your order and where it's going.

Delivery Times

Once your package ships, how long it takes to arrive depends on the UPS service and where you live. You'll see the delivery options at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for packages sent to an address entered wrong. If you notice a mistake, email us right away, and we'll do our best to fix it before your order ships.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right (see our Refund Policy). If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, check with neighbors first, then reach out and we'll help you file a claim with UPS.
