This website is operated by Momma J's Cozy Cottage [add "LLC" once registered], based in Florida, United States. Throughout these terms, "we," "us" and "our" refer to Momma J's Cozy Cottage.

All items are handmade in small batches. Natural variations in color, size, pattern and finish are part of what makes each piece unique and are not considered defects. We do our best to show products accurately, but colors may look different on different screens.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is due in full at checkout. We may cancel or refuse any order, including orders with pricing errors or suspected fraud; if we do, you will receive a full refund.
4. Discount Codes
Discount codes are limited to one per order unless stated otherwise, cannot be combined with other offers, have no cash value, and may be changed or ended at any time. First-time customer codes are limited to one use per customer.
5. Custom & Made-to-Order Items
Custom and personalized items are made specifically for you. Please review all details (spelling, colors, sizes) before ordering. Custom items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
6. Shipping
Orders ship according to our Shipping Policy. Ready-to-ship items ship within 3 business days, and made-to-order items within 7 business days. Delivery times after shipping are estimates and are not guaranteed.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
8. Crystal & Metaphysical Products
Crystals and gemstones are sold for their beauty and for spiritual or personal enjoyment. Any information about metaphysical properties is based on tradition and belief and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any illness.
9. Digital Products
Digital downloads and ebooks are for personal use only. They may not be shared, resold, or reproduced. Due to their nature, digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including designs, photos, text, logos and artwork, belongs to Momma J's Cozy Cottage and may not be copied or used without written permission.
11. Reviews & Comments
By submitting a review, photo or comment, you give us permission to use it on our website and social media. You agree not to post anything false, offensive or unlawful.
